These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by REAP Consultation Services ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Mission and Scope of Services
REAP Consultation Services is an organization dedicated to supporting incarcerated individuals and their families by providing guidance, information, and written materials—including, but not limited to, parole support packets.
Our services include:

Consultations on parole processes

Consultations on filing grievances

Consultations on navigating the prison system

Drafting of parole packets

Referrals to additional community resources (when available)
We do not provide legal representation or advice. Our services are strictly informational and supportive in nature.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for:

Individuals currently incarcerated

Families or legal guardians of incarcerated individuals

Authorized representatives (with proper documentation)
Minors under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to access our services.
3. Consultations
Consultations are provided free of charge or at a low cost as determined by organizational policy. During consultations, we aim to gather background information to better understand the needs of the client and how we can assist. All information shared with us will be handled with respect and confidentiality, within the limits of the law (see Section 7).
4. Parole Packet Preparation
Our team prepares parole packets using information provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all information submitted is accurate, truthful, and complete. We are not responsible for errors or omissions that result from false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
Completion timelines may vary based on volume, complexity, and resource availability.
5. No Legal Advice
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Information provided by our staff, volunteers, or representatives should not be interpreted as legal counsel. For legal questions or representation, we encourage you to contact a licensed attorney.
6. Limitation of Liability
REAP Consultation Services shall not be liable for any outcomes related to parole decisions, legal proceedings, or personal damages arising from the use of our services. All services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.
7. Confidentiality and Data Use
We value your privacy. All information shared with us will be treated confidentially and used solely to provide our services. However, we may disclose information if:
